The MedEx Summer Camp is very similar to a medical conference. Each day there will be a variety of different hands-on workshops. 

The camp is perfect for students who are interested in learning more about healthcare, or for students who already know they are interested and want to set themselves apart from other people by having the opportunity to gain a more clear understanding and have healthcare leadership experience which can be extremely hard to find! The ideal student will come in with a positive attitude and motivation to learn! 

We encourage students to bring their own lunch from home. We will provide a morning and afternoon snack during the camp. 

On the last day of camp we will be hosting a picnic for students and their families after the award ceremony at the end of the day. 

Absolutely! As long as you make contact with us and we confirm your cancellation at least 12 days prior to the camp, you will get a refund. If you cancel less than 12 days prior to camp then you will receive a 50% refund. 

We have a few sponsors who may be able to help cover up some of the cost of attendance.

The 3 required forms cover student information, lunch/allergies/award ceremony RSVP, and the student conduct agreement. 

Absolutely! By sponsoring a student to attend our Medical Explorers Summer Camp, you're investing in the future of healthcare and empowering young minds to explore potential careers in the medical field. Your support will make a difference in the lives of these students and contribute to the growth of our community. 

We are also a non-profit organization so once your donation is received you will get a donation receipt with our EIN which can be used for tax-purposes.
